Had nice stay on a mother-daughter road trip, the staff were attentive, location was beautiful close to the slopes. Location: the hotel was just off mountain and ski as well as the Mountain Base shops. Moreover, there was a lake within 25 mins walk from the venue.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The staff was absolutely amazing, they were understanding, friendly, and went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. They even waived the charge for the fitness center and Jamie, the overnight staff, was awesome. The hotel's location is great and the shuttle to the village is convenient. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities, including the hot tub, sauna, and arcade room. The breakfast provided was delicious and the front desk staff were very helpful with local information.
It was all superb.

Place is old and not worth the money spent to stay there. We booked one night through Stratton lodging direct for Saturday night in a superior king room and was told no rooms for Friday. I booked through Booked.net for Friday night in a superior room as well. We were out in a standard room queen, room 128 in the basement for Friday night and this room is horrible. Pipe with flaking off paint above shower, dirty shower, walls so thin, dirty walls, some weird lattice thing outdated in closet. Horrible. We moved to another room for Sat into a superior king and a bit better but still old, outdated and dirty.

Location was excellent, close to Mountain and restaurants/shops
Room Cold, heating system noisy, on and off all night. Morning Breakfast, dried up buffet, lousy, not that clean Shower water took forever to warm up and fluctuated with toliet flushing.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the ski resort and had a great experience. The location was perfect, right within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The room was nicely decorated and spacious, with a comfortable mattress and a functioning AC unit. The staff were friendly and provided daily maid service. The breakfast offered a variety of options, including cereals, waffles, pastries, and even hard boiled eggs for protein. the hotel had all the necessary amenities and provided a convenient and enjoyable stay.
The hotel could benefit from some updates and maintenance work.
